In my defense, I did have the stomach virus the first part of the week and am still recovering from that. Exercise has not been at the forefront of my thoughts. Yesterday I slowly got back into it by doing yoga in the morning and then we took three of the beasts for an hour long hill walk last night. I am planning on hitting the gym before work this morning and hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get in a run (cross your fingers that my ankle doesn't give me problems.)
