Exercise today consisted of a mix of several things. Took two of my dogs for a mile long walk this morning before work. Ran around like crazy at work. Came home from work and ran two miles in 21:55. The time is awful for me considering I used to run the same distance in less than 18 minutes, but I'm not pushing anything with my ankle. As it is my ankle is on ice right now and I still have to take two more walks tonight. I guess I did okay. I'll take tomorrow off and then pick it up again on Sunday.
