We did okay last week although I didn't exactly follow the meal plan. This week might be challenging as well because boot camp starts up again.
Monday - Hamburgers (boot camp night)
Tuesday - Hot dogs (boot camp night)
Wednesday - pancakes and bacon (hoping to find a new recipe)
Thursday - slow-cooked oriental chicken (from last week - boot camp night)
Friday - Going to see a show
Saturday - tater tot casserole (from last week)
Sunday - baked tortellini and focaccia
dessert - Undecided for new recipe. I'm thinking I am going to try pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
