We also went to HEB to take advantage of a sale/coupon special they have going. Anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE ice cream! HEB had a sale on ice cream with a coupon for buy one 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell ice cream ($5.48) get a 1/2 gallon of HEB brand ice cream for free!

James was able to make 6 pints of homemade canned salsa using the tomatoes we got for free! The salsa is delicious! You'll only notice 5 pictured because we already opened one to eat with carnitas tonight!
