Biscuits with homemade baking mix

Terrible picture, delicious biscuits. I decided to drag myself out of bed this morning in order to try making biscuits with my homemade biscuit mix. They were awesome. Light, fluffy, flaky, and very tasty.


Biscuits for 2:

1-1/4 c baking mix
1/2 c skim milk

1. Mix two ingredients together gently, being careful to not stir to much.
2. Put dough on a lightly floured board and knead gently a couple of times.
3. Flatten dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and make biscuits. I just formed a square and cut the piece into 4.
4. Bake in a 450°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
