I had a bottle of generic Dr. Pepper that I got for free some time ago. Since we don't drink sodas I thought I would look up recipes using the soda. I found a recipe for Dr. Pepper Chocolate Cake. I wasn't sure about the recipe so I made a half batch and baked the cake in a 9x9 square pan. James really liked the cake, but I'm not sure about something. I will say it is one of the most moist cakes I have ever made. Since James likes it, I'll keep it in my repertoire.
