We ate out one time last week to mess with the meal plan. I also changed around days because we had more LO than I expected. Here's what we are eating this week:
Monday - casserole soup and cheese toast
Tuesday - BBQ pork quesadilla
Wednesday - slow-cooked Oriental chicken (I am hopefully going to get to try this recipe this week)
Thursday - Oatmeal waffles
Friday - Chili chicken with cornmeal dumplings
Saturday - Grilled tuna and baked potatoes
Sunday - Pinto Bean Casserole
I haven't decided yet what desserts to try to make this week. We'll see what happens and what I feel like.
