I just threw some stuff together last night that I called black bean hash. It turned out really well and had some great flavor. I served it in a pita wrap with multigrain chips.
I don't have any exact measurements but here's what is in this concoction: black beans (LO from the night before), 1/2 pound of ground hamburger, 1/2 a potato, jalapenos, onions, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, paprika, ground cumin, fresh parsley, and water.
I just love when experiments turn out tasty!
